TRACY PATTERSON

Owner/Founder of Yoga Reset - Yoga Instructor & Master Reiki Practitioner

Tracy is the owner and founder of Yoga Reset LLC. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of yoga teacher training with an approved Registered Yoga School (RYS). Tracy fell in love with yoga years ago in her own personal practice and had the desire to teach it to others then. She was able to enroll in the HeartWork Yoga Teacher Training School in Northfield, MN in 2013. Helping people in this way is very satisfying to her and she enjoys seeing how students blossom and grow with the help of yoga, and as she grows with it as well. She looks forward to taking this journey together with her students.

LISA BENSON

Yoga Instructor

Lisa is a RN/BSN who has 30+ years of experience working with older and disabled adults at Rice County Public Health/Social Services and at other locations in Rice county. She is also enrolled in HeartWork Studio Advanced Yoga Study and 200-hour Teacher Training Program and will complete her Master’s of Arts in Holistic Health Studies in 2018. She enjoys the challenge of working with all populations but especially those who have special needs and personalities. She was introduced to yoga eight years ago and was immediately hooked, and now aspires to help others receive the benefits of yoga.
