You can bring your own mat. Yoga Reset does have some mats available to rent if you need one.

Absolutely! Doing yoga helps us become more flexible. Most students doing yoga feel they are not flexible in at least one area of their body.

I HAVE AN INJURY/SURGERY/MEDICAL CONDITION - CAN I DO YOGA?

Of course you should always check with your doctor before doing yoga. Letting the teacher know of any limitations or restrictions before class will give you both an opportunity to discuss adjustments, modifications and working with your edge.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR/BRING TO CLASS?

Comfortable clothing that won't restrict movement or stretching. Most athletic wear is sufficient but not necessary. To have ease in movement in your clothing is most important. Also bring a yoga mat or rent one from the studio and maybe a towel if your hands slip on the mat easily. The studio provides bolsters, blankets, straps and blocks.

DO I NEED TO PRE-REGISTER FOR CLASS?

Signing up for class ahead of time is encouraged as it is helpful for the instructor for class planning, but Classes on the weekly schedule, warmly welcome walk-in students. Registration for Events and Workshops is required.

IS YOGA A RELIGION?

No. Yoga has no singular creed or any rituals that people profess their faith or allegiance to. There are no religious obligations, no deities, no ordained clergy or priests and there are no temples or churches.
