About the Event

YOGA/H.I.I.T. is a 6 week series program with built in movements to help you track your progress. We will be using body weight, resistance bands and weights to tailor your class experience for your level.

Class will be structured with yoga warm up, an average of 3-5 H.I.I.T. exercises then yoga cool down.

Yoga will help activate slow twitch muscles.

H.I.I.T. will help activate fast twitch muscles with the use of Tabata timing. Tabata time will be 20 seconds of max effort and speed with 10 seconds of rest with an approximate total of  2 minutes per exercise.

Among one of the many benefits of this is optimum fat burning, which according to some studies can extend up to 48 hours. And who doesn't want that!
