About the Event

YOGA/H.I.I.T. is a 6 week series program with built in movements to help you track your progress. We will be using body weight, resistance bands and weights to tailor your class experience to meet you at your level. Weekly tips and voluntary participation of check in's for accountability of goal(s). Enjoy a singing bowl and ASMR with soft cacho seed rattles and brass bells during your well deserved Savasana.

Class will be structured with yoga warm up, an average of 3-5 H.I.I.T. exercises and isometric holds then yoga cool down.

Yoga will help activate slow twitch muscles.

Isometric holds builds strength, endurance and muscle and joint stability.

H.I.I.T. will help activate fast twitch muscles with the use of Tabata timing. Tabata time will be 20 seconds of max effort and speed with 10 seconds of rest with an approximate total of  2 minutes per exercise.
