Winter Solstice Yoga Practice

Commemorate this day with a dedicated yoga practice!

Following in mother nature’s footsteps we will practice the art of slowing it all down, giving us opportunity to burrow into our comfort and reconnect within.

Our practice will include a warming Chai tea you can take to your mat, Yin/Relaxation style poses, aromatherapy, acupressure and a candle gaze guided meditation.

Rebalance and release as special guest Erin Eltonga of Soundful Living plays live gong, singing bowls, ocean drum and rain stick sound medicine to further guide us into the intrinsic qualities of a mindful yoga practice.
