Reiki Infused Yoga For Winter

This Yin yoga practice ties in beautifully with the winter season.  We will lean into the deeper receptivity and stillness that winter has to offer through the exploration of specific yin poses. We will be reminded of the hibernating quality and quietness mother nature offers during winter. Whitney Schmidt of The Purple Door Healing Energy will provide Reiki to help toward that path of deep receptivity and building our reserves. We will be incorporating acupressure and a 15 minute guided meditation supporting Kidney Qi.
