Reiki Infused Yoga For Fall & Winter Special

Reiki Infused Yoga for Fall-Just like the fall season, this unique Yin yoga practice is designed to bring us to an inner place of rooting, slowing down and drawing in reserves as we prepare for winter. We will be reminded of transition and of letting go. Whitney Schmidt of The Purple Door Healing Energy will provide Reiki to help enhance our experience. We will also be incorporating acupressure and breathwork into our practice that supports the Lungs and Large Intestine during this falls season.

Reiki Infused Yoga for Winter-This Yin yoga practice ties in beautifully with the winter season.  We will lean into the deeper receptivity and stillness that winter has to offer through the exploration of specific yin poses. We will be reminded of the hibernating quality and quietness mother nature offers during winter. Whitney Schmidt of The Purple Door Healing Energy will provide Reiki to help toward that path of deep receptivity and building our reserves. We will be incorporating acupressure and a 15 minute guided meditation supporting Kidney Qi
