Mothers Day Meditation

After celebrating this important day with family and friends take some time on Monday, May's full moon called Flower Moon, for a soul-nourishing evening dedicated to honoring the women who came before us, the sacred bonds of lineage and how it shaped us into who we are today. In this 90 minute guided meditation and contemplation we will connect with the ancient herb Motherwort- known as the 'mother's herb' a plant revered for her hear healing wisdom, nurturing energy and power to mend ancestral threads.

We will start with a mindful Motherwort Tea Ritual followed by a contemplative nod to Inner Child Essential Oil, exploring the playful, tender spirit within. We will add our personal intention, a couple of stretches to helps tune in to our own bodies then using the comfort of studio props, settle into either sitting or laying for meditation.
