Since the beginning of human time, we have been using the cadence of the drum to explore our inner recesses, clear energy, deepen meditations and more.

Come, enjoy this Powerful journey for yourself as we start with some simple breathing and stretching to help prepare the body for meditation. You will set your hearts intention. Instructor will start the drum beat like that of the beating heart, eventually going up to 4 beats per second activating the alpha and theta brainwaves for a deeper meditation. Release stress and dis-ease, benefits being a sense of overall balance and ease.
