About the Event
Join us in bringing a deeper perspective to the new year!
Inspired by the seven main chakras, we will build a practice that facilitates the cleansing and balancing of one specific chakra each Monday starting January 17th and ending February 28th.
This class focuses on the root chakra. Â You will experience other connections with this chakra such as sound/vibration, smell, hand mudra and more. Each class will be closed with a guided meditation.
Whitney Schmidt of The Purple Door Healing Energy will provide Reiki during your practice.
