About the Event
Join us in bringing a deeper perspective to the new year!
Inspired by the seven main chakras, we will build a practice that facilitates the cleansing and balancing of one specific chakra each Monday starting January 17th and ending February 28th.
This class focuses on the ajna chakra. You will experience other connections with this chakra such as sound/vibration, smell, hand mudra and more. Each class will be closed with a guided meditation.
Whitney Schmidt of The Purple Door Healing Energy will provide Reiki during your practice.
