Chair Yoga with Lisa
Is falling a concern for you? Yoga has been studied by researchers to positively improve quality of life, circulation and balance. Now is Your opportunity! Join instructor Lisa Benson in this offering of a 6 week Chair Yoga series! Chair Yoga may help your joints become more flexible and improve both your range of motion and balance as you move in this peaceful yoga practice. We will start with very basic moves and build gradually on the poses. Allow yourself to move more freely, gracefully and to feel more energetic. Participants are encouraged to use the elevator entrance inside the State Bank to access the studio. Bring a mat if you have one, or mats are available at the studio for a small fee.
